Jameson Campbell

I build internal tools and AI-enabled systems that make teams move faster.

Sales Ops by title — Systems Builder by craft. I prototype, automate, and scale solutions that remove friction across sales, design, and ops.

What I Build

Work Projects

AI Email Triage Assistant

Saves ~160 hours per month by automating email classification and routing assignment for sales and account teams.

Stack: n8n · OpenAI · Front API · JavaScript

AI Sales Intelligence Engine

Built a mini Snowflake-style data warehouse and ETL pipeline in n8n that extracts BANT fields and product interests from Front emails, structures them for analysis, and enables teammates to query insights through an AI agent.

Stack: Front · n8n · OpenAI · JavaScript · Data Tables

Lead Scoring Model

Configured a data-driven HubSpot scoring system using firmographic, demographic, and intent signals to refine ICP targeting and boost conversion by 25%.

Stack: HubSpot · Data Analysis · Process Design

Personal Tools & Experiments

💡 SearchWell

AI-powered image library that lets teams find creative assets by vibe, not filenames. Replaces folder chaos with semantic visual search.

Stack: Next.js/React · TypeScript · FastAPI · Supabase · Pinecone · Vertex AI · Redis · Stripe

🔍 Bulk Email Validation Script

Asynchronous email deliverability verifier that performs MX lookups, SMTP RCPT probes, and catch-all detection with retries, resume support, and CSV/JSON reporting.

Stack: Python · DigitalOcean

🗂️ S3 Image Importer (from CSV)

A concurrent Python script that bulk-downloads images from a CSV of public URLs and uploads them to AWS S3, with automatic resume and error logging.

Stack: Python · Boto3 · Pandas · ThreadPoolExecutor · AWS S3

About Me

I bridge the gap between operations and engineering.

Every company has craft. AI scales it. The future belongs to organizations where employees capture their expertise and distribute it across the company. Teams that marry craft and code will define the next frontier.

I'm most energized when I can talk to a teammate, spot a friction point, and ship something that fixes it.

By title, I'm a Sales Operations Manager — but I've been building tech for over a decade. I graduated from the University of Texas at Austin with a degree in Economics & Business, completed UT's full-stack web development bootcamp, and spent 13 years in startups across multiple industries — shipping products like a top-grossing #13 U.S. Health & Fitness app.

Today, I'm focused on building tools that multiply people — internal search systems, triage assistants, and micro-apps that remove bottlenecks.

I use AI pair-programming, rapid prototyping, and modern cloud tooling to turn ideas into working systems fast. Whether I'm using Python or TypeScript, building in AWS or GCP, I rely on agents, observability, and iteration over perfection.

This iterative approach ensures I build tools that actually solve real problems and deliver measurable value.

My goal: build leverage — tools that make 10 people 10× faster.

Approach / Philosophy

How I think about building internal tools

1
Discover
What I Do: Talk with teams, identify friction
Mindset: Empathy > assumptions
2
Prototype
What I Do: Build minimal version in a few days
Mindset: Ship → feedback → iterate
3
Validate
What I Do: Track usage, adoption, ROI
Mindset: Outcomes over output
4
Scale or Kill
What I Do: Double-down or move on
Mindset: Learn fast, waste little

Let's build something useful.

Whether it's AI-powered internal tools, workflow automation, or developer productivity systems — I love turning friction into leverage.
